Add Custom Music On Hold from OnHold.com to Your Webex Phone Service
First, ensure you have saved the audio file from our studios to your computer in an easy to find location such as your Desktop.
From your Webex Control Hub:
From the Services menu (bottom, left), click on “Calling”
Click on “Locations” (top) & select a location to edit (details for the location appear in the window)
Click on “Advanced Call Settings” then “Music On Hold”
Click the boxes next to both “On Hold” and “Call Park” to activate
Select “Play custom music”
Click inside the “Message File” box to browse your computer for the custom on hold file
Select “Attach a File”
Click “Save” (top right) to save & apply your changes.
The custom music on hold audio will now play to all your callers via your Webex phone service.
