Full Time Client Care Coordinator for Audio Production Marketing Company
We are OnHold.com, a leader in customized telephone audio production. We are a client-first, solutions based marketing company. Our expanding, family-owned audio production company is seeking a creative, versatile USA based remote/work from home client care coordinator.
Position Summary
The client care coordinator is a versatile team member who will collaborate with all departments to assist in strengthening internal processes as well as supporting prospects and clients. You will be cross-trained to cover for and support varying positions within the company. Additional administrative duties to include proofreading and written correspondence with prospects and clients. You must be computer literate and comfortable working with various software and technology.
Primary Responsibilities
· Follow up with clients via various touchpoints to provide suggested seasonal program updates; marketing copywriting, coordinating needed studio sessions.
· Interact with all departments to ensure all clients receive our highest level of marketing service. Additional duties may be designated.
Proficiencies and Qualifications
· Adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and responsibilities and works with a variety of situations, individuals and client needs.
· Uses independent judgment in completing tasks and meeting deadlines and manages occasional priority changes.
· A confident, pleasant telephone demeanor is a necessity.
· Exceptional written communication skills – able to write clearly, succinctly and in a timely manner. Written communication may include correspondence with prospects and clients and script development and review.
· Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
· Able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platform, working knowledge of Microsoft based products.
Expected hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday-Friday, though this position may occasionally require extended hours to meet the needs of our clients.
