Weave Music On Hold Installation

Weave customers use OnHold.com for their on hold marketing. Here are instructions for changing your customized music on hold audio for your Weave phone system, from OnHold.com.
Your customized music on hold messaging will be up & running in no time! You’ll just need the music on hold program audio file provided by OnHold.com.
To add your OnHold.com music on hold marketing to your Weave phone system:
• Log into your Admin Portal (you’ll need your Weave login credentials)
• Select “Phone System” from the menu to the left
• Under “Phone System” select “Hold Music”
• Select “Custom” then “Select Media File”
• Select “Upload New” (or you can drag and drop from your desktop)
• Locate your OnHold.com custom audio file & upload to your Weave system
You’re ready to play your customized messaging on hold to every caller via your Weave phone system!
