ATT Syn248 with SB35025 Music On Hold Installation
Follow the steps below to connect and program your AT&T Syn248 with a SB35025 to play custom on hold messaging.
You’ll need the music on hold player provided by OnHold.com.
From the SB35025 base phone:

From the SB35025 base phone:
- The SB35025 has an audio in/out port for connecting to the OnHold.com music on hold (MoH) player. The audio in/out cable supplied with your SB35025 has an L-shaped connector designed to fit into the space available behind the Deskset marked AUX I/O port.
- Connect the audio cable from the music on hold (MOH) player to the AUX I/O port MOH jack on the SB35025 Deskset.
To enable Music On Hold for your SB35025:
- Log on to your WebUI (provided by your phone company) to configure the OnHold.com music on hold settings.
- The music on hold settings are listed under Hold Settings in the WebUI.
- Select the extension (Deskset) to which you have connected the on hold player.
- In the navigation menu on the left, click Hold Settings.
- Under Hold Music, click Enable.
- Select the Port, which is the extension number of the SB35025 Deskset to which the music on hold player is connected.
- All SB35025 Desksets installed in the Syn248 system appear in the list.
- Select Apply to save changes.
