Verizon Business Digital Custom Audio Upload Instructions
Before you begin, save the custom music on hold audio file(s) provided by our studios to your computer in a convenient location, such as your desktop. Follow the steps below to customize your Verizon Business Digital VoIP music on hold.
Log in to your Verizon admin portal.
Select your site from the Site drop-down menu on the dashboard.
Select Advanced Services from the left-hand navigation.
Select the Site Package Settings tab.
Select Music On Hold.
Under Settings, both “On Hold” and “Call Park” should be checked.
Under Music On Hold Source select Custom.
Upload the custom audio file sent to you by our production team by clicking on the cloud with arrow icon.
Select Save (bottom, right corner)
You’re ready to play custom music on hold messages to every caller via your Verizon Business Digital phone service!
